Andrew Estep is a seasoned association management professional with over 30 years of experience guiding nonprofits to success. His journey began with the U.S. Air Force, where he learned the importance of service, organization, and communication.

 

Transitioning to nonprofit work in the 1990s, Andrew led a regional association as its executive director and founded his own association management company in 2001, honing his skills in strategic planning, operational efficiency, and collaborative leadership.

 

Today, as the founder of Estep Association Solutions, he combines his extensive background with practical expertise to empower associations in building sustainable systems, enhancing board leadership, and achieving strategic alignment.

 

In addition to his consulting work, Andrew remains an active partner at Jurassic Parliament, where he co-authored Mastering Council Meetings and continues to advance effective governance through parliamentary procedure training.
